Setup & Teardown
Setup: Setup begins daily from 10:00 am – 10:30 am. Please approach our on-site staff to be directed to your booth spot.
Teardown: Teardown commences after 3:00 pm each day. Teardown is required daily — vendors are not permitted to leave merchandise on-site overnight.
Important Notes
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before a booked session are non-refundable and not eligible for credit changes.
- Discount Codes: Discount codes cannot be applied to booth rental payments. If a discount code is used at checkout, the price difference must be topped up before the booking is confirmed.
- Brand Overlap: There may be other vendors in a similar product category. While we do our best to avoid direct conflicts, please reach out to us if you have any concerns.
- Payment & Refunds: Your booth slot is only confirmed upon full payment. We operate a strict no-refunds policy.
- Chillers: We don't provide chillers on-site. Please bring your own chiller boxes if needed.
